  I’ve had an amazing experience with this seller. The item I purchased was sent promptly and well packed and I was kept updated regarding delivery etc, the transaction was very smooth and easy. Unfortunately my hubby discovered a fault with the item (not the sellers fault it was brand new and boxed), when I sent a message enquiring about returning it for replacement I was offered a replacement straight away without having to return the faulty one.
