No correspondance. Ignored 2 messages. Had to pay for an half an hour phone call to Royal Mail., to find out they hadn’t paid the correct amount for full tracking, so they had no idea where the package was. Also it didn’t arrive until 6 days after the specified time! Would not recommend this seller.

Posted item next working day Royal Mail 1st Class Signed-For , not my fault if Royal Mail take 6 days to deliver the item . I sent tracking number for you to track parcel online , I could do no more than that . Really glad your parcel arrived safe , but negative feedback was not needed as you received your item and to say it wasn't fully trackable is not true .
