Got a call from the delivery company 3 days after purchase at 1pm and said they could deliver later that day. Was very smooth and professional, great communication throughout.     Advert as bike non-structural damage, but when arrived and stripped, forks bend and will need to be replaced. Additional cost to me which can be avoided if description/pictures more accurate. When asked question, received standard response 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. Apart that, good service.

    Brilliant company the bike was as described all good ,but then had email a week later saying the keys had turned up an they would post them on brilliant, received keys couple days later again brilliant saved me soooo much time an money having them which they did not have to do, so many thanks ,,,,,,,
