Bike was exactly as the photos showed. I was hesitant about delivery as didn't have a day confirmed when I paid and was away at the back end of the 10 day window. Got a call from the delivery company 3 days after purchase at 1pm and said they could deliver later that day. Was very smooth and professional, great communication throughout. Excellent service, great communication, bike condition pretty much as pictured, only odd additional mark here and there which is to be expected. Won auction Monday night, bike delivered Wednesday afternoon, V5 arrived a few days later. Couldn't expect better, will use again when I am in the market for another bike.
