Item that came were not as described. Power supply was taped up broken power supply, parts other than the headset had major signs of use and was for different version of the equipment instead of what I had ordered. Equipment doesn't turn on, I also had to pay customs fee ($310) separately because the seller used DHL to ship the goods and now I can't get the tax back because seller only refunded the money without approving return of the goods.

Book was advertised as being signed by the author but it was not.
I asked the seller about this. I did not receive a response.
The books has some damaged on the binding and edges of the cover. I really wanted to book so I am keeping it with these defects. I wish the seller had responded to my question, # stars is a rating of average.
