    The items arrived on time, but the packaging was broken in several places, with yarn showing through and sticking out of the package. They are soft and the colours are accurate, but they are not 100gr. as described. Customer service is alright, I placed an order of the wrong colours and they replaced it before sending out. Affordable price too and good deal. My suggestions for a five-star experience: Better packaging, 100gr. Yarn skeins (as claiming to be). The seller has partially refunded me.

    AVOID THIS SELLER, BAD COMMUNICATION.. CHINESE COMPANY OPERATING VIA UK So item takes ages to arrive and are improperly sized, Came in CHINESE Packaging, When asked for return?refund I just got silly partial offers as part of a delaying tactic, Still awaiting refund 3 weeks later.
