Great artificial flowers, they really look real and very nice in a flower pot. I have brought 7 rose ones in all and of each different colour ( 2 Red, 3 White, 2 Yellow) and they have been delivered in good packaging and in good condition also, very good seller who was contactable straight away as I had a question to ask and the seller responded with RF job an hour if my email.. I will buy definitely buy again when need to 🙂

The items arrived on time, but the packaging was broken in several places, with yarn showing through and sticking out of the package. They are soft and the colours are accurate, but they are not 100gr. as described. Customer service is alright, I placed an order of the wrong colours and they replaced it before sending out. Affordable price too and good deal. My suggestions for a five-star experience: Better packaging, 100gr. Yarn skeins (as claiming to be). The seller has partially refunded me.

I have tried to contact seller but I’ve received no reply. This item arrived crushed so I immediately sent a message to the seller with a photo. I also feel that the advert is very misleading. I thought I was buying 50 of these pots as I purchased similar from a different seller at roughly the same price last year, not just a single pot, which I certainly wouldn’t buy for the price they were asking! Please advise me how to resolve this issue if the seller isn’t replying to me. Many thanks
