  Fantastic packaging! Super seller communication! Item was described as flamingo pink, but was really persimmon. Seller refunded purchase price and shipping. Very generous! I expected to pay something. Regarding the "tiny chip" on the rim...this is just a spot where the slip (color) did not fully bond. Most of Fiesta's seconds have something like this.   Handling time was listed as 2 days, but it took 6 (4 if you pretend UPS stores aren't open on the weekends) for it to actually be shipped. I get things happen, a simple message would have been all I needed. The item was as described and a decent value. It was packed well

  I have two day shipping, but that does not include weekends. I live in a very small town. We only have a UPS drop off at a local business. When that gets picked up I have no control over. Sorry you were unhappy with the delivery time. I have two day shipping for this reason. Also, we had an ice storm when you purchased your item. Things out of my control.
