There was a significant delay in us getting the order, which was not the seller s fault. Once the package arrived we thought that it was exactly as described, well packaged and at a good price. An apology and an explanation were issued for late delivery.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We dispatched your order on the same day you placed it via Royal Mail. However, for some reason, they were unable to deliver it, and we only received the parcel back yesterday.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we immediately sent out a replacement via EVRI to avoid further delays, even before receiving the first parcel back. We understand that EVRI may not always provide the best service, (1/2)
