The support and back up was needed three times on minor issues and queries, all sorted amicably and up to full satisfaction.     Decent item. Good value. Item arrived with minor cosmetic marking on it, but given the nature of the item and the fact it was already discounted, I think this is okay. Yodel performed abysmally with this delivery (arrived over a week late with severe damage to the package), but that’s not the fault of the seller.
