Avoid this dodgy trader! Fooling customers by sending second hand, rusty, used and abused tools instead of new ones. Ignores your letters untill you ask eBay to step in. Instead of a refund asks you to send it back to them. Time waster!

We apologised and said that this tool wasn't inspected before sending. We were more than happy to refund you, however, you chose to be difficult. We still are open for you to send the item back even if you had to use it for the time being and we will refund you in full but you choose not to. We have lots of feedback from happy customers because all our products are new and direct from halfords. This one just slipped through the net.
