  The boots were listed as new without a box. The boots arrived with 2 scuffs on the right boot. When I tried to contact the seller, they did not respond. I have to contact ebay 2 times regarding this issue. Ebay stepped in & completed the necessary steps for adjustment. I will NEVER buy from this seller again.

  Offered requested credit amount same day return opened and it was ignored (expired). Boots were new, never worn, so not sure about "scuffs". I stand by my items and my 20 years of selling and positive feedback. This was resolved. Thank you.
