Only slight negative is that the couriers they use needs to be careful when delivering as the boxes these were transported in had more holes in them than a tea bag but goods inside were undamaged. Also extremely quick delivery this time, next day actually which was a surprise.

First they said the wrong item was dispatched and I could exchange or have a refund and when I asked to exchange they tried to tell me it was the same item in new packaging. I sent them a picture and all they said was to return it via Ebay. Bad customer service. I've had poor service off them in the past and wouldn't have used them but I didn't see it was them.
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseNot sure why item was sent by the ridiculous Amazon but the delivery driver decided not to ring the doorbell or knock literally left it beside front porch on top of the plant soil which i had to wipe off from the parcel 😞 and the only way i even knew the item was delivered was because i was keeping a track of it via the tracking process otherwise i would not have known throughout the day it was delivered there. Other than that the seller did dispatch on time and item is as described. Thanks.
