  ordered the 54L tank as an upgrade for my 10L shrimp/guppy tank. wanted to get it set up by the weekend but it still hadnt been sent out, contacted seller and found out they had ran out of this tank and they asked me to cancel my order for a full refund. i got a full refund. ive bought tanks from this seller before (the 10 litre tank mentioned earlier) that tank arrived well packaged and was very fast delivery. just a little mixup with available stock and i found the same tank for the same price

  Great product great price great service have bought this several times now my bugs just love it. The price is great and delivery is quick and they are well packaged have had absolutely no reason to contact the seller as I have always received my purchase on time with no damage so will not be commenting on customer service. Would most definitely recommend them to everyone

  Good value for the cost. 3rd time I've purchased these and will be doing again. Only slight negative is that the couriers they use needs to be careful when delivering as the boxes these were transported in had more holes in them than a tea bag but goods inside were undamaged. Also extremely quick delivery this time, next day actually which was a surprise.

  I ordered Huttons Gold Label sealer in a pressurised container & another item was sent. I contacted the seller several times. First they said the wrong item was dispatched and I could exchange or have a refund and when I asked to exchange they tried to tell me it was the same item in new packaging. I sent them a picture and all they said was to return it via Ebay. Bad customer service. I've had poor service off them in the past and wouldn't have used them but I didn't see it was them.
