    The parcel was delivered to the wrong house. Seller didn’t action chasing the Post Office to find it or refund me. Simply kept saying it had been delivered to me, when it hadn’t. They refused to accept that it was NOT my house in the photo. I have never left negative feedback. It is not the cost of the purchase it is the principle and lack of any offer to help
