Not great. Seller had run out of stock for the one I wanted. Instead of contacting me to tell me this, seller sent the item a completely different colour. Had he told me it was out of stock I could've ordered the correct colour case from someone else. There were others on the page that had the right colour. I would've said 'thanks anyway' and just scrolled down to another seller to buy my case. Now I have a tablet case that was a gift for my wife's birthday that's not the right colour.
