    Seller had to send a second battery as first did not arrive, it took 3 weeks to get this delivered which was not ideal but once acknowledged that it was lost in post the seller posted the battery this time tracked so it actually arrived within a few days however very late. This warrants some caution with sending batteries un tracked but sellers communication was good and at least I have a battery that works and is as advertised.

    Almost as described except I received a EB-BG360CBE battery not the EB-BG360BBE that was listed. It also did not come in the Samsung packaging shown in the listing photos, just in a polythene bag inside a Jiffy type bag. Fortunately it fits perfectly in the phone and appears to be working fine.

    Disappointing experience, item received not as described. Seller response ineffective. In common with several other reviews for this seller I received a battery without the tools it was advertised as including. After the best part of a month this remains unresolved. Seller first said it was a dispatch error, then claimed tools had been dispatched without tracking, then offered to dispatch again. A real time waster and still no tools received. Battery could be new, hard to tell.
