  Excellent service from seller, delivered on time by Parcel Force, The bill inside from the seller states £ 68.33 whereas the charge from EBAY is £87 (VAT Applied). Being an used item the seller did not charge VAT. EBAY could charge VAT for their service, assuming a charge of 10% , £6.84 plus VAT on it of 20%, £1.38. The total will amount to £ 76.55. Maybe EBAY can clarify this difference £10.54
