NOT NEW and Arrived Pre-Worn, ie Dried Mud and also Damaged out the box, (Leather on Tongue as pictured). No paper filling inside the boots either . I cannot accept these second hand / pre-'Tried On'. I paid £295 for a Brand New Pair.

Purchased a Stoney Creek Suppressor Jacket for just under £300.00. Received a message to say it had been delivered but couldn't find it. Later that day I found it in the log shed. The packaging was ripped open and the jacket was covered in dust/sawdust. Contacted the seller who apologised for the driver but stated that they has no control regarding the driver. They do have control how the parcels they send are wrapped and in my opinion this parcel was poorly wrapped.

To be fair we have used the same packaging method for 16 years and have always had no problems. The dust/sawdust was simply removed upon return and the coat has since been re-sold with no further problem.
