I tore it open to see that the wool had been vacuum packed! I was so relieved lol. A very fast transaction, quick delivery (very grateful for that because I was stuck without the yarn), and packaged brilliantly. The yarn itself was a described, new and in excellent condition. I'd like to see a postal option for sustainable packaging. I get why, but it's just more single use plastic. It's not like the normal yarn balls or cakes can't be squished through a letterbox. The new FRAGILE warning could simply state SQUISHABLE :o) Fab seller, lovely yarn, I just think the postage needs a rethink.
