I purchased a shredder from this vendor at a discounted price as it was described as having a waste bin with cosmetic damage, but when it arrived the bin was broken - I reported this to the seller with a photo showing the damage & he immediately located & dispatched a replacement undamaged waste bin for the shredder, which arrived very quickly together with a complimentary pack of post-it notes sent as a goodwill gesture - Thanks Steve for your overwhelmingly good service!
