Something I find particularly helpful is that I can check that I am ordering the correct part for my current hearing aids & receive a quick response: this has, on occasion, saved me from buying the wrong things! This pair of wires/receivers, new and exactly as described, came quickly, well packaged & in the manufacturer's original individual boxes. THANK YOU.

    Whilst there was a problem with supplying the correct type (I’d order 5.0, but was sent 4.0) as soon as I raised a query the seller contacted me and worked hard to ensure I received the correct ones. Whilst this took some time to be sorted, I was kept informed and received a partial refund and was told to keep the 4.0 as spares. Things go wrong sometimes but the way this was handled means they will be my go-to place for hearing supplies

    Arrived on time installed on device and works very well. Delivery by Royal Mail in ordinary envelope which got damaged when pushed through letterbox and the plastic packaging saved the ear receiver. Perhaps seller could use a stronger envelope.
