  I really thought I had found a supplier that cared for their customer. During the order and delivery process they communicated via email often and were great. But once I indicated a small component of a large order I received had been damaged and requested a replacement they decided to quit communicating with me. Their product and delivery are exceptional but their commitment to warranty mandates a warning to future buyers.

  Completely false, the product had no defect. The buyer haggled at length before the purchase, then immediately demanded more money after the purchase without documenting the defect. This was an attempted scam.
