  For me, communication was extremely slow even though i messaged during their listed business hours and they sent me the wrong board. Apparently they didn’t even have the board in the listing in stock. Not sure how that happens & apparently they don’t verify the item before packing it up. Because of that i did not have a snowboard to take with me to mammoth. It would be nice if there was a phone number we can text for questions instead of having to wait for them to respond over eBay messages
