The communicator response was the rack ear edge lip does not support the weight. They say photo on ad is outdated. just check out the first photos. inset photo is theirs... main photo is what was delivered. second photo is from their ad. .. Won't be buying from sysracks again. Ground shipping little slow, but expected for free shipping and considering the weight of the item. Will buy again from this seller. Seller added cage nuts as requested along with product. The design is awesome, but the delivery is terrible. Please just do rework on the pieces that are coming in from China before you repackage and ship them out. I did not contact the seller because how do you make this right? I don't want my money back. I want the item pictured. This is the second one for me. The first one I ordered the wrong one and gave to a friend.
