  Seller went above and beyond….had a problem with chainsaw caused by Royal Mail mishandling the package but the seller was quick to rectify their mistake and sent me a new unit without hesitation….the mini chainsaw is amazing I love it…..battery life is very long and charging quick…the product lightweight and the additional handle great….the chain does need tightening quite often but it’s something I’m happy to do I highly recommend the product and the seller is first class
