  Printed at 36-40mm scale, not the 28-32mm listed. My fault for not checking the feedback and seeing lots of others having the same problem, and it's clear from their responses to others that this seller doesn't care. I've included a picture of a Papsikels figure printed by another seller at the correct scale to show it's the seller not the designers fault as they seem to claim. Also arrived very late and with no communication what so ever. AVOID!

  I'm not sure of the purpose of the ruler here, given it's showing the inches side and measuring the wrong direction, but once again, it seems we have another buyer who doesn't understand how scales work, DESPITE fully outlining as much in every product listing. Papsikels advertise their minis at 32mm, so for 32mm minis, we print at 100% size, as provided by the designer. Whoever you're buying your minis from, is likely sending you 32mm absolute, not 32mm scale. Please educate yourself on this.

  Miniatures much larger than expected. Seller did not respond to me for 14 days. The seller pointed out that it is my responsibility to understand what I am buying and expects me to know the background lore, which is not in the item description. The seller advised me to simply return the product. Then, the seller declined my request. If the seller had responded to my initial inquiry in a timely fashion, I would have been within the 14 days return. Unprofessional conduct on the part of the seller.

  We attempted to resolve this with the buyer, but apparently they want to double down on being wrong, so we'll have to clarify. As thoroughly outlined in the product description, 32mm scale, is approx 1:54 scale, as this refers to the height of a 6 foot tall humanoid, not an absolute size of the model. The miniature in question, is meant to be representative of a humanoid that is on AVERAGE, 2.7m tall, which in 1:54, surprise surprise, comes out at 50mm! Next time, just return it -_-
