Very well packed BUT from purchasing to delivery took 5 days to dispatch and a further 5 days to deliver so total of 10 days with no communication to explain apart from usual eBay automated message. So buy with confidence BUT do not expect a quick delivery. Appreciate slow delivery may be due to the economy service option seller chose to use or the couriers fault.

    I could have bought this from a local pet shop but decided to buy from this seller. I ordered on 6th July and have finally received it today. I tried to contact the seller to ask where my item was when it got to the expected delivery date. They didn’t even have the courtesy to respond to my email. But dispatched my item the day after the expected delivery date. With hindsight I wish I had just gone to the pet store chain store. Zero stars for lack of communication 👎and lead times
