  I did NOT receive my order. I placed my order on September 13. I was told it would arrive by the 16th. On the 16th I was told it was delayed and would receive it by the 18th. My last message said my package was no longer able to be tracked. The money was taken out of my account on September 15. It is now the 20th and I have not received the merchandise I paid for. Very disappointed.

  Did not receive my item…contacted the seller who gave excuses & blamed eBay…asked for refund…they processed a refund and then cancelled the refund!!!….please resolve this problem!!!

  "my refund has finally processed" this is part of a message from the buyer. Sellers cannot reverse refunds after they are initiated. I did not blame eBay, I explained how the orders are processed when sellers use eBay Standard Delivery which is serviced and orders are delivered by USPS. I did not blame anyone, I explained the logistics to the buyer.
