  Shipping was really fast, and packing was sufficient. Upon receiving the Chacos I noticed a toe strap was glued in place. I immediately contacted the seller and they very promptly refunded my full purchase amount, including what I paid for shipping. I appreciate that they were fair/honest and did not fuss around and make me jump thru hoops to get a refund. I would most certainly buy from them again based on this experience!

  Shoes are as described and photographed. They will ship shoes in priority mail envelopes without any packaging. My package arrived damaged with a note from the post master apologizing for the damage. I contacted them and they simply said they aren’t responsible for how items are handled. Personally I think shoes should simply be shipped in even a cheap box over an envelope.
