Offered 25% refund for an unusable item. The listing specifies “heavy duty” clothes rail. The vertical pole snapped at the joint within 48 hours and it has less than ten items being hung. Terrible customer service, just refund a customer when you’ve sent a dodgy item. Sent pictures of the broken pole etc and they are scoffing over £12.99. Ridiculous.
