Seller keeps maintaining it was delivered even though I have shown them the proof (photo) it hasn't come to the right address. Have requested refund but seller seems uninterested. Extremely bad customer service and blasé attitude. Item didn't cost a lot but not the point as now paid for some things air. Avoid this seller at all costs

  The item delivered was a cheap unbranded copy of the item pictured and described in the advert, without many of the features I required. I contacted the seller who was of no help and basically said ‘sort it out yourself.’ I had to raise a dispute and return through eBay. Think it’s fair to say that if Delboy did eBay this would be him.
