  The seller gave the package to the mail carrier four business days after the sale. That is a long time. There was no purchase or shipping receipt included in the package. That is not unusual, but those receipts can help if there is a problem with the mail carrier. The item actually is in better shape than in the pictures. It looks like another of the same item, but in better condition, however the serial numbers match. Strange, but good.

  Although the interpretation of the label was incorrect by the seller (item was marked w for wide and not women’s), it was clear this was an inadvertent error and the seller used the utmost professionalism to quickly resolve the issue.
