Plushie pillow arrived in good condition and was also shipped out quickly, but due to international transit was held up at LAX for two weeks or so. And the box and bag inside containing the plushie were sliced through!! Thankfully whoever cut the box just barely missed perforating the plushie itself ... I think there was a small dent but it didn't seem permanent. I'm going to blame that one on customs, not the seller, hence the positive rating.

Hi, that was definitely caused by customs! If you contact us we can arrange a return and replacement! Delivery of this item was handled by eBay and not us so we apologise on their behalf.
