Item received quickly but unfortunately upon opening the box there were several manufacturing faults. After contacting the seller with pictures of the faults I was responded to quickly and politely with a full refund being offered. What a great service!

Unfortunately after providing positive feedback the seller will now not refund my money as I was informed they would. I have contacted them numerous times asking how to return the item but they stated the item didn't need returning. I have now started a returns procedure which I obviously should have done in the first place instead of dealing directly with the seller. I now realise I have been a little naive in providing feedback before sorting a return. Won't happen again!

This is the worst seller I have ever met.I got 10rol wallpaper and I didn't even think to look at the batch numbers on them..but when I put up the last one I then noticed it was a totally different shade and had a pink look more than silver..I showed picture to seller and asked if could at least part refund but he was adamant I had to send item back but how could I when it was then stuck on the wall..no refund and lost £100..rude an disrespectful and even ebay cldnt help cos he wanted item back

order delivered to Argos collection point, got delivery confirmation, couldn’t collect as seller didn’t give ECP No. for Argos to check parcel in, asked seller for this number reply was “showing as delivered check with neighbour or wait longer” Argos is not my neighbour. wall paper isn’t grey as picture shows, it is beige. No point in returning as return address in china and me being UK it would cost more to return than the original order After reading feedback no point in arguing for refund
