Yes, seller was contacted and a partial refund was issued but it was still a negative experience to receive an item classified as wood to be a flimsy plastic. This is becoming a familiar theme on eBay, charge more for an item selling for half the price by putting a different description and then offering a partial refund. I'm beginning to distrust the process on eBay.
