  Ordered item on 20th September ,apparently there was an attempted delivery on 10th October and I had notification to say item had been delivered but it had not .I asked for a refund for the item and was told they would refund minus the delivery charge which said free delivery when ordered but they will take off £ 3.49 because I wasn't there to receive item although there is a parcel box in my garden that wasn't used , very frustrating to say the least.
