Recommend this seller and their goods. Transaction, communication, delivery - and return! - were all good. Unfortunately on seeing the rugs at full size in my living room, I realised that although they are excellent I had made the wrong choice. I requested a refund which was immediately agreed, the seller arranged collection and made the refund on receipt.

Item arrived but was defective. Sent message to seller but did not receive a reply. Eventually had to contact ebay. Returned item for a refund. As no refund was given I sent another message to seller and again did not receive a reply. Contacted ebay to resolve the problem and fortunately ebay found in my favour and gave me a refund. Ebay was excellent, seller was not!
