    Item presumably as described as I did not open package (which was securely wrapped and arrived in good condition) prior to return. Unfortunately the taps took 8 days to arrive from date of order and I had to purchase alternatives in the meantime. Expected time for delivery was 2 to 4 days which is why I chose this seller . I had ordered on a Monday and hoped to fit them at the end of that week. They did not arrive until the following Tuesday.
