  Sadly the item was delivered badly damaged. The CD was broken as was the casing. Sadly the single jiffy bag was not robust enough to withstand heavy handed postal staff. A refund request was sent and provided without quibble. No blame attached to the seller (though an extra layer of bubble wrap would help perhaps?). Seller really cooperative.

  Item arrived promptly as described, the case was cracked so probably needed a bit more thicker packaging but seller was great, offering to send us a replacement case. However we ordered the wrong Cd anyway which was our mistake so we returned it and were very quickly issued with a refund. Such great customer service is a rarity these days and we would definitely order from TastyTunes again.
