They did an amazing job from communication to shipping packaging and making sure it was properly cleaned. It was exactly as described but looked even better than the photos!   This is my fourth time ordering from this seller, seller communication is amazing as they respond very quickly regarding my concerns. My purse was shipped to the Authenticator and the packaging was in perfect condition, the purse was in perfect condition as described by the seller. Shipping was the only issue I incurred this time because it was shipped by DHL and they charged me the tariff fee before I could receive my item all which caused shipping to be three days longer than expected.

  The item was as described!! I did have to wash it but other than that the shipping was so fast the same day I ordered same day it got shipped it only took two days :) it was packaged safely and i got it for a steal !
