  Package came damaged! DX Guy seemed to have thrown Package in van amongst other 📦 I feel sorry for whoever else has to deal with the same delivery guy, name shalaw, didn't understand me whatsoever! When I accepted the parcel, condition of the product itself is brand new and great value for money, appearance is brand new , tanya batteries is wonderful and fast to respond asap, ( thank you) actually arrived much faster than Ebay explained, so very pleased with the purchase, will be buying from

  As described, good packaging, (probably) sent quickly BUT!!! Tayna let down yet again - by their delivery couriers - this time DX, who didn't show up on 2 seperate notified days, waiting in all day, both days, with no explanation or tracking update from DX. This happened before with another battery from Tayna, this time the couriers were Yodel - who lost the parcel, no tracking updates or explanations from them, either.   I ordered a replacement battery for my ride-on mower and it was dispatched very quickly. It was well packed and when I opened the parcel and checked the battery it was exactly as described and exactly what i wanted. The price was about 50% of the price that a lawnmower dealer would have charged, so I am very pleased with my purchase and thoroughly recommend this seller.

  Tanya batteries are an excellent firm to deal with great communication. Description was faultless. Unfortunately the courier firm that they use were unable to find my address so the battery wasn't actually delivered. Tanya refunded my money with no hassle. I have ordered another battery from Tanya now and used an address that the D P D driver could be bothered to find. The second battery was ordered a m and delivered lunchtime the next morning.   Fantastic service by Tanya batteries. Next day delivery received by 09.45 in good condition due to the excellent packaging of my quality Exide battery. and great value. Must be the least expensive on Ebay. This is my second product from Tanya, it will now be my go to place for any batteries I require.
