  I hit him up and asked what exactly he meant by new open box that it was brand new and returned with in the 15 days of purchase. He did not lie it was a brand new condition. The price was amazing , it appeared to be in brand new condition no scratches or blemishes all the appearance with top notch would by from him again .. It came in 2 days via ups .

  The Roomba was advertised as used but is in better condition that I expected. The packing could have been a bit better as the box was quite abused in its travels and the Roomba was loose. Even so, it arrived undamaged. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase and would buy from here again.
