I originally ordered the playmat alongside a deck box and sleeves and, while there were no issues with the latter, the playmat was delivered ~2 weeks after. The seller did quickly respond to my concerns when messaged and offered various resolutions such as a partial refund or an alternate, similar art style playmat (which I selected). As I said, no issues with the deck box and sleeves, but the playmat very much needs a good lighting angle to look as good as the picture. Overall good experience.
