The item arrived without the Nurabreeze logo so it was obviously a cheap copy to what I had ordered online which said Nurabreeze!!! After opening the product packaging which was very poor, box was squashed and inner box had no instructions on how to use the product I found there was no on/off button. I got in touch with the seller to tell them my problem and was told I could keep the item and he would knock £3 off....Why would I accept that when the product didn't work!!!

Item poorly described; it has several useful facilities which are not even mentioned in the listing - I assume something got lost in the translation from Chinese. I asked for clarification about battery charging safety, it being a lithium battery; that was ignored, there is zero communication. Caveat emptor - the vendor has no interest in what he is selling. Delivery took nine days.

I should have left NEGATIVE feedback; I was far too generous. After 6 weeks it failed completely. I requested a warranty return and refund and this was refused with no communication - again. I note that the same item is now listed with an approximately 50% increase in price. I have 10 other blind motors of a different brand which have been working successfully for up to 6 years so far! AVOID
