My Delivery Instructions had been clearly labelled on the box although Royal Mail failed to follow them. Notified this to seller. Reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because seller communication waned at the end which was disappointing. However, I still would buy from this seller again as plants/bushes were beautiful and in excellent condition. Very happy with my new garden additions. Good job!

The box was damaged in transit so the plants were a bit worse for wear on arrival but they recovered well. Will buy from this seller again despite the flimsy packaging because the plants are the best I've had from an online seller.
