Had unfortunate experience with courier DPD, who left the large package on my doorstep instead of my next door neighbour as requested, who then lied and said it was left INSIDE my porch, but I was out so my porch was actually locked. The only correct action the courier took was to message me with a photo, when they allowed me to alert my neighbour to bring in my package, otherwise I would have lost money
