We shipped a cable from the distributor labeled "Null Modem" and it appears its not.We got sent a replacement and tested it before sending it and appears the suppliers cables are all misslabeled we tried other suppliers but so far cannot get a null modem cable in the mean time the buyer sent it back for a refund but we cannot refund it.See the ebay message here "You cannot issue a refund at this time because a return request is open for an item in this order."Buyer needs to fix his side first

I received an item that gave me a choice of sizes so ordered medium, they sent small so had to return and they charged me the postage for their stuff up. Will not recommend trading with these people.

The buyer ordered a "SMALL" eartip and that’s what prints on the picking order in the warehouse who have no access to or do they see messages to change an order and they strictly ship what is ordered.
The buyer should have cancelled the order and searched for the correct size item to order as they are on the website. The listing just stated other sizes are avilable.
