The item arrived damaged ( the packaging was spotless, which means it happened before packing )I messaged the seller, who ignored the issue completely and went radio silent. knowing that I need this for work and was leaving the country the country right away, now I have to replace the whole head. And haven't even got any answer or solution from the seller. Very disappointed.

This buyer is textbook example of fraud. We uploaded clear photos of the item prior to being sold. Crystal clear photos clearly reflecting the condition in near new and all parts clearly visible. We did not went absolutely radio silent but advised the customer item was sent nearly new and if you have broken it, It's on them. Having sold thousands of items we get scammers like this sometimes who use negative feedback as leverage but we would like our buyers to read our overall feedback
