Price was excellent compared to other sellers and they even sent a message to confirm the laptop model I was buying it for to make sure it'd be compatible before they sent it, which I very much appreciated. Packaging was fine, with the item wrapped in bubble wrap in a cardboard box. Postage was free so no complaints here.
