    The item functioned as described i.e. the touch-screen worked and it fit with my laptop. It was also packaged well... I know this because the postman threw the parcel over my tall fence (despite the fragile tape on the outside) and the lid/screen remained intact and undamaged. Overall, a positive experience.

    The item was not as described. Seller said he would send me replacement, that never arrived. Had to get a refund and pay postage , cost me £3.75.

    Ordered the wrone screws and blamed us why they didnt fit the Touch version of his laptop. This pack was for the non touch.
